Welcome to Product Management Drills! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Product Management Drills website (productdrills.com) and the PM Drills mobile application (iOS and Android), along with all related services (collectively, the "Service"). The web platform and the mobile app share the same backend — your account, subscription status, drill history, and streaks are unified across platforms. Each platform offers a different feature set, and subscriptions are billed through the platform where you subscribed (App Store, Google Play, or the website). Please read these Terms carefully.
By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3a. Web Platform Subscriptions. The Product Management Drills web platform at productdrills.com offers Free, Plus, and Pro subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid web plan, you agree to pay the fees specified for that plan. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. You may cancel your web subscription at any time through your account settings; the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged for the next period.
3b. Mobile App Subscriptions. The PM Drills mobile app (iOS and Android) offers its own subscription plans billed separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Mobile subscriptions are governed by Apple's and Google's respective Terms of Service and billing policies, including their refund policies. To cancel or modify a mobile subscription, go to your device's subscription settings in the App Store or Google Play — cancellation is not available through the Product Management Drills website.
Shared Account. Your account, subscription status, drill history, and streaks are shared across both the web platform and the mobile app — they use the same backend. A Pro subscriber has Pro status recognized on both platforms. However, the specific features available within each tier differ by platform, as each platform has its own feature set. Billing is managed separately depending on where you subscribed: mobile subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play, and web subscriptions through the Product Management Drills website.
Our Content: The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Product Drills, Inc. and its licensors. Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of your personal data, such as your drill attempts and performance metrics. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and analyze this data to provide and improve the Service, including displaying your performance on leaderboards and providing aggregated peer data.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature on your profile page.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Product Management Drills makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties. The content provided is for training purposes and may contain inaccuracies. All information should be verified for accuracy.
In no event shall Product Drills, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
